Angela began her career in recruiting in 1981, recruiting for a privately held local firm. After opening several annexes for that firm, she was recruited by a national firm in 1990 as a regional sales manager, training recruiters across the US and later, internationally as well. With the same NYSE company, she was promoted from regional sales manager to Operations Manager, analyzing P&Ls, opening new sites, and making personnel changes, spending weeks at a time on the road. After a decade and a half in recruiting, she stopped traveling and successfully built and sold a couple of businesses of her own, consulting first and then later in an unrelated field. Simultaneously, she has maintained an insurance license since 1979. In 2000, she re-entered the insurance field, insuring mining interests in Tennessee and Kentucky. Competitive even on her own time, she is an accomplished horsewoman, riding in combined training events and training a horse to compete in dressage for the US team in the Olympics. She is responsible for all Administration and Finance and is a great addition to our team.
